How to return the goods？
"Products in good condition" refers to products that can be resold as ordinary commodities without damage or deformation, stain or use.

You can apply for refund by chatting online.
Freshmen provide door-to-door pick-up services, freshmen designate third-party suppliers to return goods. You can also arrange for your favorite transport supplier to pick up goods from your home. Please contact the Freshman Customer Service Department to confirm the return location.
When the returned product arrives at the Freshman Return Department, we will refund it within 7 days. You will get a refund through the original payment method.
If you need to pack the product to return it, it will be helpful to keep the original package and delivery box for several weeks.
